›We aggregate pricing, population, and market data from public and licensed sources
›We provide analytical tools, watchlists, and subscription features
›PokeMarket is not a marketplace; we do not buy, sell, or broker Pokémon cards
›Operated by Obsidian Grid LLC, a California company
User Accounts
›You must be 13 years or older to create an account
›You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
›You agree to provide accurate account information
›One account per person; account sharing is prohibited
›We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Subscription and Billing
›PokeMarket Premium is offered at $9.99/month (USD)
›Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled
›You can cancel at any time via
Account → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
›No refunds for partial months; you retain access through the paid period
›Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
›Payment processing is handled by Stripe; you agree to Stripe's terms when subscribing
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
›Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service via automated means without written permission
›Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
›Resell, redistribute, or commercialize PokeMarket data without a separate license agreement
›Use the service for illegal purposes
›Attempt to disrupt or compromise service infrastructure
›Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
›Use the service to harass other users
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
Intellectual Property
PokeMarket service, software, and content are owned by Obsidian Grid LLC.
Pokémon and related trademarks are owned by Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. PokeMarket is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.
Market data displayed on PokeMarket is aggregated from public sources and is provided for informational purposes.
Users grant PokeMarket a license to use, display, and process content they submit (watchlists, portfolio data) for the purpose of providing the service.

Indemnification

Termination

›You may terminate your account at any time via Clerk account deletion
›Upon termination, your subscription is cancelled and access is revoked
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in California courts (San Francisco County).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
